Silvitra 120 mg Tablet for Erectile Dysfunction
Silvitra 120 mg Tablet is a prescription medicine to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It comprises two popular ingredients, Sildenafil and Vardenafil, which both help in improving the flow of blood to the penis. This allows easier and more regular blood flow during erections to help men maintain them.
What is Silvitra 120 mg?
Silvitra 120 mg is designed to help men who have erectile dysfunction, or regular difficulty maintaining and/or obtaining an erection. It combines:
- Sildenafil Citrate (100 mg)
- Vardenafil (20 mg)
Both are part of the same class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors.
Nitric oxide turns on when a man is sexually aroused, prompting the release of a compound called cGMP. This compound relaxes the blood vessels in the penis so more blood can flow into it, creating an erection.
The effect of NO on the gonad is to promote spermatogenesis, but this phenomenon is diminished by the enzyme PDE5. Silvitra operates by inhibiting the PDE5, which helps to keep cGMP from deteriorating so quickly; blood flow is improved into the penis, and a longer-lasting erection occurs.
⚠️ It must be noted: the medicine is only effective if there is sexual stimulation present.
Silvitra is produced by RSM Enterprises.
